The billionaire’s daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, changed her name to reflect her gender identity and cut ties with the billionaire earlier this year. In official documents obtained by the NME, Vivian Jenna Wilson, who was assigned male at birth, discussed her transition and her desire to distance herself from the CEO of Tesla Motors. She identifies as female, and a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge approved the change.

Elon Musk gave an interview to the Financial Times about his relationship with his daughter. He suggested that “neo-Marxists” in educational institutions caused a rift between him and the 18-year-old.
“It’s total communism and a general feeling that if you’re rich, you’re bad. It may change, but I have a very good relationship with all my other children. You cannot succeed every time,” he said.
This is the first time that Elon Musk has reacted publicly since his daughter asked that he no longer be her “biological father”. Vivian Wilson’s surname comes from her mother Justine Wilson, who was married to Elon Musk from 2000 to 2008. The couple have six children together.
