Fever Chef: the immersive back-to-school gastronomic experience!
Alone or with friends, the opportunity is given to you to taste the fervor of a fun gastronomic contest. Fever Chef is the crème de la crème of gastronomic (and unusual) experiences in Paris. Next September 24at the heart of the fabulous institute The Cordon Bleu Paris, a great Chef will reveal to you the secrets of the elaboration of a dish whose flavors will be in perfect harmony with the Loïc Raison Tasting Cider. And for good reason, the cider maker Loïc Raison gave birth to Sistronomy in his cellars. From the Breton “sistr” which means “cider”, Sistronomy is part of a true art of living, which has become the emblematic signature of the cider maker. Tasting, having fun and sharing are the key words of this new movement. Sistronomes have a taste for good things and don’t hesitate to pair their favorite character ciders with the best dishes. On D-Day, you will be able to learn how to taste cider according to the rules of the art and associate it with the recipe you will make.
At the heart of one of the most prestigious cooking schools in France, guided by the Chefs, put on your aprons, sharpen your knives, work twice as hard and create a dish worthy of a great chef! On site: the ingredients needed to make your dish, a chef’s hat, an apron and a bottle of Loïc Raison Tasting Cider will be made available to you. The idea? Create the best deal between your plates and your glasses of cider! You will have understood: creativity will therefore be in the spotlight! At the end of this friendly test, your culinary masterpiece will be presented to the Fever Chef team. At stake ? A Sistronomic dinner for two people in a prestigious starred restaurant in Paris!
Loïc Raison, cider maker with character since 1923
On D-Day, at the heart of Le Cordon Bleu Paris Culinary Arts Institute, you will have to cook a Supreme of chicken and its buckwheat crumble, wild mushrooms and sweet and sour apple. There will also be a vegetarian option for budding cooks.
This meal that you will make like a Chef will go wonderfully with the Tasting Cider Loic Reason. A cider maker of Breton character, the Loïc Raison house, which will celebrate its centenary next year, is renowned for its high standards, its quality, its authenticity and its incomparable know-how. Gourmands, gourmets, budding cooks and lovers of (very) good cider, become an expert in Sistronomy and amaze family and friends with a starry meal!
